However, I too have seen canonically "disguise Shota" most famously I'd say Honey-senpai from Ouran. Well depending on your translation, the character's age could've been changed for legal reasons here in the US (as shota has fluxuating legality here in the states and many liscensing and subbing groups fear legal actions).
